What video editing software should I use to render my gameplay videos?

I use FRAPs camera and currently power director 9 to edit my videos but my videos turn out bad. Is there any really good software I can use? I don't care about price. For general gameplay, I would recommend Sony Vegas. The functionality for everything you can accomplish is well worth it.
