I'm dressing up as belle from beauty and the beast for halloween, how should i do my hair and make up?

i want my hair to look like hers, but i have absolutely no idea on how to do it. suggestions would be nice, thank you :)I'm dressing up as belle from beauty and the beast for halloween, how should i do my hair and make up?I think you should curl your hair at the ends, and just enough makeup to know that you're wearing some, but not too much.
