How can i stop my two female Dwarf hamsters from fighting?

I have had my two Female Dwarf hamsters Crystal and Belle for a couple of months now and i know they are only a couple of months old because they where bread by my cousin. They are lovely to handle but the problem is they fight allot, it's more Belle fighting Crystal but i think half the time she is making it look worse than it is but i don't want anything to happen to them so how would i stop them fighting ? and they have loads of toys and things to occupie them .

If you really want to try and make it work you should make sure they have what every pair needs to be happy for lifetime, 2 bottles, 2 wheels, dont use a food bowl but scatter feed instead, make sure they have 1600cm2 of floor room with a 1/3 of that extra - eg an additional floor.



But even then, fighting may continue, either way its going to cost money, although you should have bought another cage when you bought the pair - as its very common for them need seperating, if it was me - I would seperate them asap, one fight can lead to a swiped eye, which can lead to blindless or death.How can i stop my two female Dwarf hamsters from fighting?

Dwarf Hamster are loners. They are not social creatures like Rabbits. Even in the wild they don't live together. Because they have to share the same space they constantly fight over their territory. first off put them in different cages permantly. All hamsters are loners and do not like sharing their home with any other hamster. This and this alone will end all fighting.How can i stop my two female Dwarf hamsters from fighting?
Its in a hamsters genes to fight with another hamster. You need to separate them and do not put them back together. Many of my friends hamsters have DIED from fighting. If one bullies the other, they will feel depressed and will live an unhealthy life. When you take them out of their SEPERATE cages, play with one at a time. Hope I could help
